As a person living alone, I faced the daunting task of finding a good architect and contractor for my kitchen addition. We are writing to express our deep appreciation for the porch conversion you constructed for our house. We have lived with the room for three seasons now, and we are so pleased with everything about it. It is a sunny, light-filled room that serves as a cozy reading nook and playroom for the children, and it also functions as an occasional guest room. We especially love the porch-like feel the room has this summer. We use the ceiling fan every day and open all the windows, which gives the entire lower level of our house a bright, spacious, summery feel.

We are deeply satisfied with the entire project. Robert Kramer was extraordinarily professional and thoughtful in both planning and executing the project. His careful design of the project contained many features that we have come to appreciate. We admire his exceptional attention to detail. For example, when many people were repairing damage from ice dams last spring, we were especially grateful for Robert’s foresight to use de-icing cables on the roof of our new room.
